• Payment & Billing Information: When you subscribe to Auremu Pro, we collect payment information (credit/debit card details) through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; Stripe handles all sensitive payment data.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your Auremu account.
• To personalize your scheduling and content experience.
• To process payments and manage your subscription (via Stripe).
• To respond to support requests and improve our service.
• To send updates, service announcements, and (with consent) marketing messages.

4. Payment Processing (Stripe)

4.1 Stripe as a Payment Processor: We use Stripe to handle all subscription payments. When you enter payment details, Stripe collects and stores that information on their secure servers. We receive only the information necessary to identify your subscription (e.g., customer ID, subscription status) but never the raw card data.

4.2 Data Sharing with Stripe: We share your email address, billing name, and subscription plan details with Stripe to create and manage your subscription. For more information, please see Stripe's Privacy Policy.

4.3 Recurring Billing & Auto-Renewal: By subscribing, you authorize Auremu and Stripe to charge your payment method for the selected plan (monthly or yearly), plus any applicable taxes. Stripe will automatically attempt to renew your subscription at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information as follows:

• Service Providers: Third-party analytics or hosting providers (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics).
• Payment Processor: Stripe, to handle subscription billing and fraud prevention.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to enforce our Terms & Conditions (e.g., court orders, subpoenas).
• Business Transfers: If Auremu is acquired, your information may be transferred to the new owner, subject to this Privacy Policy.

6. Data Security

We employ industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS), secure hosting, and access controls to protect your data. While we strive to keep your information secure, no system is 100% foolproof. You agree that you provide your data at your own risk.

9. Children's Privacy

Auremu is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us to request deletion.

We retain your personal data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. When you delete your account, we will remove most personal data within 30 days, except information we need to comply with legal obligations (e.g., payment records, which are kept for up to 7 years for tax and audit purposes).

11. International Transfers

Your data may be stored and processed in servers located outside your country. By using Auremu, you consent to the transfer of your information to the UAE or other regions where our service providers (including Stripe) operate. We ensure any transfer complies with applicable data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
